Fishing Charters & Rates

At Captain Richard Fishing Charters, I strive to provide the most memorable fishing trip for everyone from beginners and families, to experienced anglers. I offer either 4 hour or 6 hour fishing trips, or a full day trip upon request.

Charter Rates & Booking Info

Pricing for 2 anglers. Each additional is $100.

Inshore

1/2 day (4 hours): $600
3/4 day (6 hours): $900

Full day (8 hours): $1200

​

Nearshore: 0-30 miles out

1/2 day (4 hours): $800
3/4 day (6 hours): $1200

Full day (8 hours): $1600

*All trips require a $100 deposit.​

 

Max capacity is 6 anglers.

Cancellation policy is 72 hours in advance. Cancellation due to weather is at the captain's discretion

Two Boats, One Unforgettable Experience Whether you're planning a fishing trip, a harbor tour, or a fun day on the water with family and friends, we’ve got perfect boat for your adventure: **Sea Vee – 25-Foot Fishing Machine** Our 25-foot Sea Vee is fully equipped with the latest electronics high-quality fishing gear for a productive and exciting day on the water. With a sturdy T-top for shade and an open layout, it’s a great choice for smaller private groups focused on fishing, crabbing, or sightseeing.   

Missy – 25-Foot, Coast Guard-Inspected Charter Boat
Missy is a spacious, Coast Guard-inspected 25-foot boat certified to carry up to 14 passengers—perfect for larger groups. With a huge T-top for plenty of shade and a comfortable ride, Missy is great for harbor tours, dolphin watching, and yes, even fishing!

Unlike most charter boats, Missy is legally authorized to fish with more than 6 passengers, making her an excellent choice for larger fishing parties. Outfitted with quality gear and electronics, she’s ready for action—whether you're dropping lines or just relaxing on the water.

Locations & Species

We can fish in one of the many excellent fishing spots including the harbors, bays, creeks, rivers, Jetties, and numerous near shore reefs off of Charleston’s beautiful coastline.

 

Rivers also provide great year round fishing for: Speckled Sea Trout, Flounder, Red Drum, Black Drum, and Sheepshead. Seasonal species include: Jack Cravelle, Tarpon, Ladyfish, Bluefish, Barracuda, Sea Bass, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, and several species of Sharks.
